Mission Statement
Saint Spyridon College is committed to creating a positive, caring and stimulating contemporary learning community where skilled and passionate teachers seek to inspire and motivate children to strive for excellence, act responsibly, value human connection and participate in an inclusive community.
The everyday life of the College is guided by the underpinning values of the Orthodox Christian faith which are embedded in the educational programs and decision making across the College.
The Learning Areas of the Australian Curriculum form the foundation of the College curriculum and are inclusive of Greek language and culture.
College Vision
The Vision statement is based on two key components:
We will deliver quality education that enhances the Orthodox Christian ethos, values and principles permeating and enhancing the spiritual, intellectual and physical growth of each student.
Our College will be supported by a talented team of staff who adopt an individual approach to each of our children to ensure they are supported and guided in their journey to achieve our three core modules of wisdom: (1) Intellectual, (2) Emotional and (3) Spiritual.
